1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Auto Form CRM's website and plugin, operated by Amora Digital (KVK: 99536811), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Auto Form CRM is a premium WordPress plugin that provides Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functionality directly within your WordPress dashboard.

3. License

Paid plans (Personal, Business, Agency) grant you a license to use premium features on the number of sites specified in your plan. The license is:

  • Non-exclusive and non-transferable
  • Valid for the duration of your subscription
  • Limited to the specified number of sites

4. Payment Terms

  • Paid plans are billed annually
  • All prices are in USD
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase

5. License Renewal and Expiration

Your license will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Upon expiration or cancellation:

  • You will no longer receive plugin updates or new features
  • Priority support access will end
  • The plugin will continue to function with the last installed version
  • Your existing CRM data remains fully accessible on your server

6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your WordPress installation
  • Backing up your data regularly
  • Complying with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, etc.) when storing customer data
  • Not using the plugin for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

7. Data Ownership

You own all data you create and store using Auto Form CRM. Since the plugin operates within your WordPress installation, all data resides on your server under your control.

8. Support

  • Personal plan: Email support (48-hour response)
  • Business plan: Priority email support (24-hour response)
  • Agency plan: Dedicated support with faster response times

9. Limitation of Liability

Auto Form CRM is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the plugin, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or lost revenue.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email and/or website notice.
