Most CRM Dashboards Show You What They Want, Not What You Need
Standalone CRMs ship dashboards built for the average user. A few KPI tiles. A standard activity feed. Maybe a pipeline chart. If you want anything specific to your business β a custom metric, a conversion funnel from lead to won, your WooCommerce revenue beside your sales pipeline, a third-party tool embedded right inside the CRM β you have two options.
Option one: pay for the enterprise tier. HubSpot Enterprise dashboards start at $1,200 per month. Salesforce custom dashboards require admin permissions and developer time. Most "advanced reporting" features in mid-tier SaaS CRMs are gated behind their highest-priced plans, designed to extract revenue from teams who outgrow the basics.
Option two: build it yourself in a separate tool. Pull data from your CRM via API. Load it into Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase. Pay for that license. Hire someone who knows SQL. Maintain the data pipeline forever. By the time you have a working dashboard, you've paid more for the analytics tool than you did for the CRM.
Auto Form CRM gives you a complete dashboard inside WordPress β 21 widgets, a no-code report builder, and an embed-anything widget, included at every tier.
Your data, your server, your view.
Four Things You Won't Find on Other WordPress CRM Dashboards
21 widgets, 6 categories, all included
Statistics, Charts & Visuals, Lists & Feeds, Quick Actions, Custom Reports, WooCommerce. Twenty-one widgets covering everything from simple KPI counters to advanced visualizations β all available at every pricing tier. No enterprise gating, no add-on plugins, no upgrade to unlock.
A custom report builder, no SQL required
The Custom Report widget lets you build your own metric with the data already in your CRM. Pick what to measure, pick how to display it, and the dashboard renders it alongside the rest. Most WordPress CRMs ship hardcoded reports. Auto Form CRM gives you the building blocks.
Embed any URL or HTML
The Embed / Link widget pastes any external URL or raw HTML embed code directly onto your dashboard. Pull in a Google Analytics chart, a Mixpanel funnel, a Calendly calendar, a custom KPI from your own tool. Most CRM dashboards are walled gardens β this one isnβt.
The whole CRM in one view
Tasks, deals, contacts, WooCommerce, customer lifecycle, conversion funnel, activity feed, most active contacts β all pulling from one shared database. Standalone CRMs show their own data only. Auto Form CRM is built so every module feeds the dashboard.
Four KPI Cards and Two Panels β Ready Out of the Box
Open the dashboard for the first time and four summary cards greet you β Contacts, Deals, Pipeline Value, and Tasks β each pulled live from your CRM. No setup wizard. Then two panels handle the work most teams do every morning.
Tasks Due Today
Every task due today with its title, priority pill, and a completion circle right there. Click the circle and the task is done β same one-click completion as the Tasks page, no navigation required. A + Create Task button adds new tasks without leaving the dashboard.
Deals by Stage
A horizontal bar chart breaking down your open deals by pipeline stage, each bar color-matched to its stage and scaled by count or value. You see your pipeline distribution at a glance without opening the Deals page.
This is your starting point. Then you customize.
Every Widget Your Operations Actually Need
Click Customize and the catalog opens with a search box, 6 category tabs, and the full library as add-to-dashboard cards. Toggle widgets on or off with a single click.

Build the Report Your Business Actually Needs
Hardcoded reports are useful until the day you need something specific. The Custom Report widget lets you build your own β pick the metric, choose the display, drop it on your dashboard. No SQL, no developer, no waiting on a feature request.
Custom Report Builder

What you can build
Built for non-developers
No SQL. No code editor. No database schemas. The builder works with the CRM data you already have β contacts, deals, tasks, meetings, custom fields, tags, lifecycle stages, RFM segments. Pick from drop-downs. Set thresholds. Apply filters. Save.
Your Dashboard Doesn't Have to Be a Walled Garden
Every CRM dashboard claims to be customizable. Most mean "you can rearrange the tiles we shipped." Auto Form CRM means "paste any URL or HTML embed code and we'll render it."
What you can embed
If the source provides an iframe URL or HTML embed code, the Embed / Link widget renders it.
Why this is unusual
Most CRMs guard their dashboards to keep you inside their walled garden. Auto Form CRM lives on your WordPress install β the dashboard is your operational command center, and it's yours to extend with anything outside the CRM that visualizes a metric better.

The View That Only a Unified CRM Can Show You
The widgets pull from the same database as your contacts, deals, tasks, meetings, WooCommerce orders, email campaigns, lifecycle, and workflow runs. Every module feeds the dashboard. Every metric is current the moment you open it.

Looker, Tableau, and Power BI make you build data pipelines and refresh schedules. Auto Form CRM gives you the same operational view as a first-class feature β because every module was built to feed it.
I Built This Because I Was Tired of Paying for Reports
For years I ran my business across three reporting tools. The CRM had a built-in dashboard that showed contacts and deals. WooCommerce had its own analytics page that showed revenue and orders. Google Analytics had traffic and conversion data. None of them talked to each other.
Every Monday morning I'd open three tabs. Pull numbers from each one. Paste them into a Google Sheet. Build my own combined view manually. Wait until I needed something custom, then beg my developer to build it or spend $200 a month on Tableau to do it myself.
The tools that did combine views into one place β HubSpot Enterprise, Salesforce custom dashboards β wanted thousands of dollars a month. The mid-tier CRMs let you "customize the dashboard" by rearranging a handful of fixed tiles. The free WordPress plugins shipped one ugly default view and nothing else.
So I built the dashboard I always wanted.
Twenty-one widgets pulling from every module in the CRM. A custom report builder that doesn't require SQL. An embed widget for anything I want to pull in from outside. Six categories so the catalog stays browsable as it grows. All of it included at the Personal tier for $149 a year, because dashboards shouldn't be locked behind enterprise pricing.
The dashboard you see on the demo is the same dashboard every customer gets, from the $149 Personal tier up. Same widgets. Same custom report builder. Same embed widget. No gating, no add-ons, no "talk to sales" lockouts. The dashboard is yours.

Auto Form CRM vs HubSpot Pro/Enterprise
HubSpot dashboards live behind Sales Hub Professional at $90 per user per month, with advanced reporting gated to Enterprise at $150+ per user. For five people, thatβs $5,400 to $9,000 a year for the dashboard layer. Auto Form CRM gives you 21 widgets, a custom report builder, and the embed widget at the Personal tier for $149 a year flat.
Auto Form CRM vs Pipedrive
Pipedrive has widgets, but the most useful reporting is limited to Advanced and above ($34+ per user per month), bound to Pipedriveβs own data only. No WooCommerce data, no embed widget, no native lifecycle distribution. Auto Form CRM gives you a broader view because itβs built around a broader CRM.
Auto Form CRM vs Salesforce & Looker / Tableau
Salesforce dashboards scale to massive sales orgs but need admin permissions and often a consultant. Looker, Tableau, and Power BI require you to extract data, build a pipeline, and pay $30β70 per user per month on top of your CRM. Auto Form CRM ships a dashboard tightly integrated with the data already on your server β no pipeline required.
Every widget, every report, every embed β included for $149 a year.
Built for Teams That Run Their Business From a Single Screen

Anyone tired of paying for "advanced reporting"
Youβve outgrown the free dashboard tier. You donβt want HubSpot Enterprise prices or a Tableau pipeline. You want reports that match your business, included with the CRM. This is built for you.
The Questions Buyers Actually Ask
Yes. Every widget β including the Custom Report builder and the Embed / Link widget β is available at the Personal tier ($149/year), the Business tier ($269/year), and the Agency tier ($499/year). No widget gating, no enterprise lockouts.
The dashboard is widget-driven with add/remove toggles. You can add any combination of the 21 widgets your business needs. The dashboard renders the active widgets in the layout shown in the screenshots.
Yes. The Custom Report widget lets you build a report with any metric from the data in your CRM β contacts, deals, tasks, custom fields, tags, lifecycle stages. No SQL required.
Any external URL that supports iframe embedding (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Calendly, Stripe, Looker Studio, Tableau Public, YouTube, custom internal tools) and any HTML embed code provided by external services.
Yes. The WooCommerce Stats widget pulls revenue, orders, and top products from your connected WooCommerce store. The Customer Lifecycle widget includes WooCommerce-driven lifecycle stages. Thereβs also a dedicated WooCommerce widget category in the catalog for store-specific widgets.
The dashboard is part of the Auto Form CRM admin interface, which is responsive and adapts to smaller screens. The most comfortable experience is on a desktop or laptop, but the dashboard remains usable on tablets and phones.
Individual widgets display data over their own configured cadences β for example, the Total Contacts and Active Deals widgets show weekly change comparisons. The Contact Growth widget shows trends over recent weeks. The Deals Won & Lost widget shows monthly summaries. The widget descriptions detail the time periods each one covers.
Yes. The Recent Activity widget shows actions across all modules, including workflow runs. Workflows can update any data the dashboard reads from β moving deals through stages updates the Deals by Stage and Conversion Funnel widgets, completing tasks updates the Task Completion Rate widget, and so on.
Dashboard data is stored in your own WordPress database on your own server. Standard CRM data export tools (CSV export from the underlying modules, REST API access at /wp-json/auto-form-crm/v1) work for the underlying data. Per-widget export is not a current feature.
No. Every widget, every metric, every dashboard configuration is stored in your own WordPress database on your own server. Nothing syncs to Auto Form CRMβs cloud. Cancel anytime β your dashboard stays where it always was.
The widget renders embeddable URLs and HTML embed codes. Security restrictions on what can be embedded follow standard WordPress and browser policies for iframe content.
