Workflow Triggers

Contact, deal, task, meeting, email, list, form, and WooCommerce triggers.

Overview

Triggers are event types registered in workflows. When an event occurs, the engine loads every active workflow that uses that trigger and runs its graph.

Contact, deal, task, meeting

Includes created/updated/deleted patterns, tag add/remove, status and owner changes, deal stage/value/win/loss, task lifecycle, meeting scheduled/rescheduled/cancelled/completed/no-show.

Email and lists

Email opened/clicked/bounced/unsubscribed/sent; campaign lifecycle triggers; list membership and list CRUD triggers.

Forms and fields

Form submitted when integrated form builders create or update contacts. Custom field changed for monitored fields.

WooCommerce

When the integration is on, the palette adds triggers such as woo_order_placed, woo_order_completed, woo_order_status_changed, woo_order_refunded, woo_customer_created, woo_cart_abandoned, woo_cart_recovered, woo_repeat_purchase, woo_customer_inactive, woo_lifecycle_changed, woo_customer_spent_threshold (LTV milestones), and woo_score_changed. Payloads can include contact, order, and customer stats for merge tags downstream.

Filter: autoformcrm_workflow_trigger_data adjusts payload before execution.
