Saved Filters

Save and reuse advanced contact filter criteria.

Overview

Saved filters let you persist complex contact queries (field conditions, operators, and values) and reuse them from the contact list.

Usage

Build a filter on Contacts, then save it with a name. Filters are stored per site and respect user permissions: you still need permission to view contacts the filter returns.

REST API

Saved filters live under the /filters REST base. Typical routes include collection list/create, single-item read/update/delete, plus GET/DELETE /filters/default to read or clear the user’s default filter applied when opening Contacts.

Listing and creating filters require auto_form_crm_view_contacts; mutating filters may require edit permissions depending on the operation (see FiltersController for exact callbacks).
