Deals & Pipeline

Stages, deal records, value, and moving deals through the funnel.

Overview

Deals represent opportunities with value, expected close date, owner, and a pipeline stage. Stages are configured in settings and drive board columns and reporting.

Routes

Deal board: #/deals. Deal detail: #/deals/:id. Drag deals between stages when the UI allows it; stage changes fire workflow triggers.

Workflow integration

Triggers include deal created/updated, stage changed, won, lost, value changed, and deleted. Actions include create/update deal, change stage, mark won/lost, and delete deal.

REST: DealsController and PipelineController for deals and stage definitions.
