#/conversations handles 1:1 messaging threads (for example SMS via Twilio) distinct from the website chat widget pipeline.
Setup
Connect telephony or SMS providers under integrations where supported. Message send/receive flows use ConversationsController REST endpoints with appropriate authentication.
Workflow action Send SMS uses Twilio configuration when present.
